High School student volunteers
Students can earn volunteer hours by working one Thursday night a month (if available) or by assisting food bank staff with special events, such as the Stirling Santa Claus Parade food drive or the Empty Bowls event held at Loyalist College. Contact us to see how you can earn your volunteer hours.
Food Donations
Dry good donations can be made at Stirling Foodland during regular hours– there is a donation box in front of the cashiers or can be dropped off at the Stirling Community Cupboard during regular hours of operation. Items needed include any kind of canned good – soup, stew, tuna, salmon, vegetables or fruit, pasta sauce etc. Boxed products such as cereal, cake mix, cookies, granola bars, dry pasta are also accepted. We can always use toiletries, hygiene products and cleaning products as well.
